Agreement to Terms
By utilizing our services or products, or engaging in any purchase, you acknowledge your consent to adhere to these Terms of Service. We strongly advise a thorough review of these terms for your understanding. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
Our Commitments
Please read and understand our terms before proceeding with any transaction. Claims of not having read or seen the terms will not exempt you from these conditions, and we will not be liable for any funds or refunds in such cases.
We are committed to providing quality Discord boost services and maintaining transparency in all our operations. However, your responsibility includes understanding these terms fully before making any purchases.
Transactions
- •When transferring currency, you are responsible for covering applicable transaction fees.
- •Failure to follow special payment instructions may result in a penalty of up to 100% of the transaction amount.
- •Refunds are only provided if there is an issue on our end or a valid reason, at our discretion.
- •All sales are final unless otherwise specified or required by law.
Products & Services Warranty
If a product or service does not have a specified warranty, it means there is none. For issues on our side, we may provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.
"Lifetime" refers to the duration our service is operational — we reserve the right to discontinue it at any time. We will provide reasonable notice when possible, but are not obligated to do so.
Products & Services
Server Boosts
- •Once boosts are applied to a server, they cannot be transferred to another server.
- •We are not liable for Nitro accounts getting terminated, revoked, or being removed from the server.
- •Disable anti-raid bots and verification systems before purchase to ensure successful boost delivery.
- •No proof will be provided if the boost account is not in the server or was revoked by Discord.
- •Boosts typically last 1 or 3 months as specified at purchase. Early termination by Discord is not covered.
Discord Tokens
- •We are not responsible if you use flagged or public tools. Please use private tools and quality proxies.
- •After purchasing, verify tokens immediately. If tokens are invalid or locked, we require proof via screenshot/video within 5 minutes of receiving them.
- •If tokens are invalid and passwords are changed, there will be no refunds or replacements.
- •Warranty does not cover revokes, terminations, flags, or anything beyond our control. We only provide a 30-minute limited warranty from delivery time.
Automation Tools
- •If a tool stops working, gets patched, or leaked, we will attempt to fix it. If we cannot, no refunds or replacements will be provided.
- •Prices may change at any time. Lifetime access is valid only while our service is active.
- •We are not liable for any losses caused by tool malfunctions. Inspect tools at time of purchase.
- •Do not use tools on your main Discord accounts. These are intended for automation purposes only.
- •If Discord terminates accounts used with our tools, no replacements or refunds will be provided.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our service only logs information required for:
- •Discord OAuth authentication and session management
- •License key management and validation
- •Transaction processing and order fulfillment
- •Service performance and error tracking
We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties except as required by law or necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processing).
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds are only given if there's an error on our part or delivery is unsuccessful. If the order is not fulfilled within the expected time, a refund will be issued.
⚠️ Important: Reversing payment without contacting us first will result in a permanent blacklist from our service and your product will be invalidated immediately.
